The Siddhartha Vanasthali Institute Alumni Association (SiVIAA) successfully organized a Cycle Rally to mark World Bicycle Day and World Environment Day, bringing together alumni from various graduating batches and Grade 10 students of Siddhartha Vanasthali Institute.
The rally commenced from the historic Basantapur Durbar Square in Kathmandu and concluded at Siddhartha Vanasthali Institute, Balaju. Participants pedaled together in a spirit of unity, wellness, and environmental responsibility, promoting the importance of sustainable transportation and a healthier lifestyle.
More than just a recreational ride, the event served as a reminder that small everyday choices—such as choosing a bicycle over a motor vehicle whenever possible—can contribute significantly to reducing environmental impact and protecting our shared home, Planet Earth. The rally also provided a wonderful opportunity for alumni and students to connect, inspire one another, and strengthen the bond within the Siddhartha Vanasthali community.
SiVIAA extends its sincere appreciation to Summit Air, Grande International Hospital, Traffic Police, Nepal Police, and Siddhartha Vanasthali Institute for their valuable support and cooperation in making this event a success.
